Wastewater Recycle System
As the growth of both economy and population continues, the water consumption in terms of industrial and domestic purpose is increasing. Therefore, the advanced wastewater treatment and wastewater recycle is introduced and applied as a solution of a water resources management to lessen the problem of water shortage.
We realize and provide the solutions through advanced and customized technology of wastewater treatment and recycle. We utilize an efficient and proper way of membrane technology such as pressure type micro-filtration, membrane bioreactor and reverse osmosis membrane to ensure reliable alternative water resources to be suitable for you requirements. The treated water can be supplied to cooling, boiler or other as a quality of treated water proven.
The water recycling system deployed at the developing countries will serve as a testbed for long duration testing of next generation spacecraft water recycling systems for future human spaceflight missions. The AONO will collect and recycle all wastewater from sinks and showers into clean water, and is designed to reduce the building water consumption of the Sustainability Base by 60%.
Like all engineered systems, the AONO is prone to standard degradation due to regular use, as well as other faults. The goal of this project is to deploy diagnostic and prognostic applications on the AONO to ensure its safe, efficient, and correct operation. Specifically, the research goals of this project are as follows:
- Development of a physics model of nominal system behavior of the AONO.
- Identification of possible faults in the WRS and modeling the progression of these faults
- Diagnosis, i.e., detection, isolation, and identification of faults
- Prognosis, i.e., reliably predicting how the system will evolve in the future, irrespective of whether an abnormal condition is present or not
The diagnostic and prognostic results can be used to:
- Enable condition-based maintenance to avoid unplanned outages
- Perhaps extend the useful life of the AONO.
